１０月２６日（水） ２００５
天気、雨。気温１６度。私は朝７：３０分に出庫した。頭痛がする。昨晩は缶ビール一本と焼酎をグラス一杯だけだ。私はそんなに酒を飲んでいない。そして午前中、私の仕事は暇だった。それは私の頭痛を更にひどくする。暇つぶしに早めに昼にした・・タバコを吸う。頭痛は治らない。頭以外私はいたって健康である。私は心配になる。頭の中に不治の病気が発生したに違いない。仕事をしている場合ではない！考えた。急いで医者に行かなくては・・ダメだ！ 金がない。そして保険証は家だ。そのとき女性の客が手を上げた。彼女は東京駅まで行く。私は東京駅に向かいながら考える。 “彼女を降ろしたら家に帰ろう、保険証を持たないと・・” すると彼女は言う。「スイマセン、次の信号で降ります」。 私「わかりました」。彼女は降りる。するとすぐ別の女性の客が乗り込む。彼女は「急いで！日比谷まで行ってください」。私は急いで運転した。ついに彼女の目的地に着いた。料金８２０円。彼女は１，０００円札を出すと言った。「お釣りはいいわ！」。そしてダッシュで行ってしまう。本当、彼女はあわただしい。気がついた。私の頭は痛くない・・健康になった。あわただしいお客のせいだ。ありがとう。売り上げ４４，０００円。

The weather was rainy and the temperature was 16 degrees ℃. I started to work at 7:30AM. I had a headache. I drank a can of beer and a glass of Shoucyu last night. I just have drunk a few shots. It produced me a severer headache. I ate my lunch during a break, and smoked. My headache didn’t heal up. All parts my bodies except my head were very fine. I became worry that I get a incurable disease in my head. I was not in the conditions for working. I thought that I will go to a doctor immediately. Oh, no! I didn’t have money, and my insurance certificate was in my house. Then a woman signaled me down, she went to Tokyo Sta. I was driving towards Tokyo Sta. while thinking, “I will return to my home after she gets off. And I will get my insurance certificate.” At that moment, she said, “Excuse me. I will get off at next signal.” I said, “Okay.” She got off and soon another woman got in my car. She said, “Please go to Hibiya in a hurry.” I was driving in a hurry. Finally we arrived at her destination, that fare was 820 yen. she paid with a 1,000 yen bill and said, “Keep the change.” And she rushed away. She was really busy. I noticed although that my head had stop hurting. I became healthy. Thank you for the busy woman. I made 44,000 yen.
