７月２０日 （火） ２００４
今日は熱い。私はとても暑い。 強い日差しがフロントガラスを通して私に照りつける。日光はパワーアップする。 私は日光に車のエアコンで抵抗した。 しかし背中に汗をかく。それはとても気持ち悪い。 昼、ラジオから「今の気温３９．５度。東京での気象観測以来最も高い気温になりました・・」。突然、後ろの客は「なに！？ 暑いわけだ、フロンガスでオゾンがやられちゃうんだ、温暖化現象だね」。私、「はい、そうですね」。 そのときエアコンの風は最大で吹いている・・私は一瞬考える・・その問題は私の生きている間は大丈夫だ・・皆が同じように考える・・。地球は危険だ！ 私はお客が降りたあと試した。エアコンを止め、窓を開ける。そしてタバコを吸った。 熱風が車内に入り込んでくる・・それはとてもガマンがならない・・いやな客と同じだ。 タバコを吸い終わると、再びエアコンを回した。 日中、私は忙しかった。それは猛暑のおかげである。 ギラギラ太陽さん、ありがとう！ 今日の売り上げ５３，０００円。 私は会社の駐車場でエアコンを止めた・・・暑い！

Today was very hot and I felt very, very hot. The glaring sunlight passed through the windshield and hit me. Sunlight increase heat. I endured the heat thanks to the air- conditioner. But my back sweated, it was very unpleasant. At noon, the radio said, “Now the temperature is 39.5 degrees ℃. It was the highest temperature recorded in history of Tokyo.” Suddenly the client seating in the back seat said, “What!? It’s very hot, due to the ozone hole. It’s a warming phenomenon.” I said, “Yes. That’s right.” Then the air-conditioner was blowing at the maximum. I thought for a moment the ozone holes problem will not kill me until I die. … Everybody considers the same thing. … The earth is dangerous! I stopped the air-conditioner to tri how it felt and opened the window. And I smoked. The hot wind enters my car as a client. It was very uncomfortable. Again I turned on the air-conditioner after I smoke. During the day time, I was busy due to the intense heat. Thanks to the dazzling sun! I made 53,000 yen. I stopped the air-conditioner at my company’s parking lot. … Hot!
